Show Date: 2nd July 4pm performance
arrival and pick up
Drop off and pick up will be at the backstage door of the Gordon Craig Theatre, look out for your class name sign posted against the building as this will be the point of drop off and pick up. Access to the backstage door can only be gained on foot as vehicles entering into the car park are for the Gordon Craig staff only. The backstage door is located at the mini roundabout at the entrance of the Tesco car park in town. Please make sure you know this location before this date to avoid being late.
For Rehearsal: Arrive at 10:45am in costume 1 (see below) and bring costume 2 in a labelled bag. Pick up at 12:15pm.
For The Show: Arrive at 3.30pm in costume 1 (see below) and bring costume 2 in a labelled bag. Pick up at 5:00pm
Make sure your child has their costumes labelled in one bag, a secure water bottle (so no leakage) and any necessary items. We are not responsible for missing items. Please write your child's name in all possessions.
Note: You need to attend the rehearsal in preparation for the show ie you need to attend both and in costumes its not optional! Each year that goes by I get asked the same question believe it or not and each year someone misses the rehearsals.

RED LONG SLEEVED plain top such as this one here. WHITE braces ordered internationally so please order asap from here. Black trousers (any style or school trousers would work well). Hair in a high messy bun or ponytail (back comb for girls if possible to make it big). White or black trainers.

Order a Turquoise zipped hoody from here, any top underneath (red one kept on is fine) and the same hair style, trousers and trainers.
