Show Date: 2nd July 4pm performance
arrival and pick up
Drop off and pick up will be at the backstage door of the Gordon Craig Theatre, look out for your class name sign posted against the building as this will be the point of drop off and pick up. Access to the backstage door can only be gained on foot as vehicles entering into the car park are for the Gordon Craig staff only. The backstage door is located at the mini roundabout at the entrance of the Tesco car park in town. Please make sure you know this location before this date to avoid being late.
For Rehearsal: Arrive at 10:45am in costume 1 (see below) and bring costume 2 in a labelled bag. Pick up at 12:15pm.
For The Show: Arrive at 3:30pm in costume 1 (see below) and bring costume 2 in a labelled bag. Pick up at 5:00pm
Make sure your child has their costumes labelled in one bag, a secure water bottle (so no leakage) and any necessary items. We are not responsible for missing items. Please write your child's name in all possessions.
Note: You need to attend the rehearsal in preparation for the show ie you need to attend both and in costumes its not optional! Each year that goes by I get asked the same question believe it or not and each year someone misses the rehearsals.

Rainbow style tutu click here, also another seller here. If sold out I'll update the links with another seller however please order asap as from an international seller. For the top, we would like to see a white plain LONG sleeve top (no logos) and any colour brief/shorts underneath skirt. White frilly socks and ideally white trainers but anything light is fine. Hair must be up in a high ponytail on top of the head and add bows, flowers and accessories to the hair as you wish. The idea is they look like TROLLS from the new disney film so look at pictures for inspiration.

For our Monkey costume you'll need to buy BROWN leggings which you can buy from here. Headdress and tail from here and I will buy some elastic for you all to use to put this around their hips so it can slip off. You will need a BROWN LONG SLEEVED top like this one here and a BROWN (coffee in eBay description) tutu here or for a larger size BROWN tutu here. Hair will stay in a high ponytail and children will have bare foot or ballet shoes so their feet and more skin colour.
