Classes

 Classes are run by fully qualified dance teachers and all are DBS checked.

We run classes for all ages and abilities and have a wide variety of dance styles to offer. Classes are maintained at a high standard through disciplined behaviour, fully qualified teachers, care and respect to the teacher and students. All teachers abide by our young person's safe guarding policy so you feel safe with your children in our hands.

We offer a FIRST FREE VISIT for all classes except GYMNASTICS & CLUBBERCISE so please free feel to come try out your chosen class. Take a look at the classes we have on offer by selecting from the list on the right of this page.

Children's Classes

We ask for parents to drop their children off to class, however parents and family will have the occasional opportunity to watch at the end of term to see what their child has studied and how far they have progressed. In each class every student has the opportunity to get involved in our annual summer show held at the Gordon Craig. where the dancers can gain stage experience on a theatre stage.

We offer exams in classical ballet and tap which are held internally through Identity Dance starting from level 1 and completing the syllabus at advanced.

Adult Classes

Clubbercise is a popular style of dance for adults to keep fit whilst having fun. We also run classes in ballet, street and tap for all levels. Dancers can choose whether to perform within our shows at the Gordon Craig and also giving the chance to perform at various other events such as Stevenage Day. Dancers can also be entered into auditions and competitions if they wish to enhance their dance experience.
